Everyone who works here is so kind! I have severe dental anxiety and none of the staff makes me feel embarrassed about it at all. They are helping me be more comfortable at the dentist every time, I would recommend them to anyone.

I started going to Seattle Smiles a couple of weeks ago after changing from a long-time relationship with another office that stopped taking my insurance. At best, I expected to have a similar experience between the two, as I was happy with my old provider. Seattle Smiles has really impressed me in this time. I've been in several times - thanks to some fun cavity action that needs help - and have found each member of the staff's knowledge and execution to be top-notch. Beyond providing great oral health care, each member of the team seems to care about my experience; they explain what they're doing, why, what I can expect it to feel like, and about how long it should take. Where possible, the team has described alternate forms of treatment available to me, and helped me make an informed decision between the options (so far I've stuck with their first preference each time; I'm no expert). Throughout these discussions, they pause consistently to leave room for my questions and input. The people I've worked with are friendly and efficient. I'm an operations manager by training and was surprised to find the office running like a well-oiled machine: as soon as I get in the chair, the flow of activity is smooth and organized despite the participation of up to 3 or 4 different people. As soon as one person explains what will happen next and who will do it, that second person arrives to take over. At the end of my first appointment, Brittany at the front desk took the time to walk through the treatment recommendations, describe how my insurance plan worked relative to each one, set appointments at intervals that worked for me, and answer my questions throughout. Execution this seamless takes a lot of effort behind the scenes, and it's clear that this team is committed to making it look easy. I'm super impressed so far with Seattle Smiles, and I think you will be too.

We had such a great experience with Seattle Smiles. My newborn daughter needed mouth procedures to help with feeding and this practice was amazing in my time of stress and sleep deprivation and worrying about my baby. The office manager Brittany was quick to respond to my inquiries about the procedures, scheduling and billing; Dr. Nguyen provided clear and helpful information about the procedures and was able to see us quickly. I felt great about the care my daughter received during the procedure and the follow up care. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

I have been a patient at Seattle Smiles for over two years, and my experiences have been so consistently great that I felt compelled to acknowledge the team there in a review. Over the past two years, I’ve had regular cleanings, an emergency crown, a complete Invisalign treatment, whitening, and probably at least one other thing I’m forgetting - the team at Seattle Smiles is always a pleasure to interact with. Dr. Nguyen is professional and personable and put me at ease right away, as did her assistant Josie. They both are really great. I appreciate how thorough Dr. Nguyen is at explaining what’s going on and what the options are. I also feel like she and the team advocate for me with my terrible insurance company. Alison is an amazing dental hygienist and makes me not dread having my teeth cleaned. I don’t know if it’s possible to actually enjoy a cleaning, but this is probably as close as you can get! I also had a great experience with Dr. Asmeret, who saw me for a time sensitive appointment on a day that Dr. Nguyen was out. Whomever I see, I feel like the experience is always seamless, which is a testament to how well the team works together. And finally, a special shout out to Brittany, who manages the front office. I really appreciate that I can book appointments and ask questions via email, and Brittany is super responsive and friendly with her correspondence. This office is good vibes all the way around. Oh, and the office itself – the design is neutral, professional, and welcoming. Beyond having a good experience at my appointments, I feel like my teeth and smile look their best under the care of this team. Win/win! Thank you, Seattle Smiles!

From start to finish I genuinely enjoyed my experience at Seattle Smiles. The staff is super friendly and always willing to go above and beyond to provide quality service to their patience. Scheduling appointments is easy, rescheduling is possible, and the warm greeting when you walk in the door is greatly appreciated! I personally enjoy the beautiful views of the city from the dental chair and the top notch service provided by Dr. Nguyen and her crew. I would TOTALLY suggest this office for anyone looking for a clean office that is customer friendly and on point with their service. :D

I’ve been a patient for nearly a decade, and this dentist office consistently impresses. The hygienists excel at leaving my mouth feeling refreshingly clean. Dr. Nguyen is attentive, gentle, and provides valuable recommendations. Plus, the predominantly female staff adds a welcoming touch to the overall experience. Highly recommended!

Seattle Smiles Dental, Dr. Nguyen, offers an exceptional experience. From the moment you walk in, her office staff and assistants are welcoming, professional, and attentive. I initially visited for Invisalign but was impressed by the thorough consultation, where Dr. Nguyen presented alternative options like porcelain crowns to address my gaps and spaces. Additionally, I expressed interest in Botox, and we had a thoughtful discussion about the process and expected results. I decided to proceed and am completely satisfied with the outcome. Dr. Nguyen is meticulous, taking the time to explain every detail and ensuring you feel prepared and comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend her for both dental and cosmetic treatments!

If you have sensitive teeth and anxiety at the dentist, Seattle Smiles is the perfect place for all of your care. Not only is Dr. Nguyen a terrific and understanding dentist, but my hygienist, Lisa, is extremely gentle and caring. She warmed the cleaning water and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. The office is small and peaceful with an amazing view. I wish more people with dental anxiety could find this office for care.

I've been going to Dr. Jenny's ever since my original dentist retired. Jenny is great and easy to talk to. She has friendly office staff, I've been to that office for nearly 50 years. I would totally recommend her for any dental needs. Colleen

I saw Dr. Nguyen twice recently for low level laser therapy treatment for canker sores and cold sores. Once they were able to get me in the next day, and the second time, the same day! The treatment was highly effective both times and resulted in much quicker (in one case, almost instant) healing and pain relief. The first treatment was partially covered by my health insurance (waiting to hear back from insurance on the second visit.) In any case, the treatment was definitely worth the money. The staff are kind and great at communication. Highly recommended.
